It's been a little too long since someone has updated this blog, so I thought I would help...
Last Saturday, Tyler put on an amputee walk at Tempe Town Lake. Over 150 supporters showed up as well as the mayor of Tempe. Our whole fam was there so it was great to support Tyler and also support amputee awareness. These are just a few pics from that day.

Family trip to the zoo

So, it wasn't the whole family but a big chunk of us. Tara, Ryan, Hannah, Hunter, Tyler, Kristi, Emma, Hailey, Lorin, Lily & I all went to the zoo last Saturday. The weather was so nice we couldn't pass up the opportunity. It was way fun. Hannah was picked to help during an animal presentation. I think that made her feel special. We had fun enjoying the fun animals, the beautiful weather and the picnic we had afterwards. Good times!!

Lily waiting to meet her Uncle Tanner.
These were the pics we took and hung in my mom's room for Mother's day. Hannah is looking oh so beautiful. She was the only one who looked perfect in all her pics.

Lily.

We know the month is over just yet, but there is just so much that has happened so far. I just thought I would post a few pics of some of the things that have happened. The biggest of the events include: Mother's Day, Tanner safe arrival home from his mission, and Kellyn having her baby yesterday. It sure has been crazy at the Ritchey household, but it has also been a ton of fun!

Apparently, Hunter was too slow for Lily so she tried taking over. :)
Lily & Hunter swimming last week.
He was a little hesitant at first to get in the water but then he loved it.
Lily looks a little confused here.

It's so fun going to grandma's and having all the grandkids play together. We are almost doubling the amount of grandkids in one year (from 3 to 6). It's so fun!

Dying Easter Eggs

Emma, Kristi, Hannah, Hunter and Tara all joining in on the fun.
Emma, Hannah and Hunter.
Lily was more interested in Hunter's sippy cup. It was so nice of him to share. He was trying really hard to help her get some milk. It was cute.

We got together this past weeks and dyed Easter eggs with the kids. I think they all had a blast. Hopefully, we can make this an annual tradition. By next Easter, Camden, will be born and Hailey, Hunter and Lily might participate a little more.

Martindales & Merkleys at the ZOO

Last Friday, the Martindale fam and Merkely fam went to the zoo and had a blast. The day was so nice and breezy which made the trip quite lovely!! Since Lily slept practically the whole time, all of the pics taken were of Hannah and Hunter... and the animals of course. :) As you can see, Hunter had a lot of fun at the petting zoo. He chased the goats around with a brush the entire time. :D

Old School Ritchey Fam

Easter is coming up so I thought it only appropriate to change the layout on the blog. I guess it really doesn't matter any way because most of my family doesn't even get on this thing any way. We're all suppose to be adding new posts and what not, but no one other than Kristi and myself do that. Oh well. Maybe one day they will surprise us. :)

Just for fun I thought it would be cool to add some OLD school pics of the fam. Hope you all enjoy. :)

Family FUN

A couple of Saturdays ago Tara and I took the kids to a Valentines activity where Emma loved getting her face painted, both cheeks, and then she went back to get her hands done too.

Today we went to Evans ball game. Here is Emma and Hannah, her best friend.
Here is Hailey squinting in the sun

Hanna and Emma are watching the players while Hunter cheers them on.

Ths year Evan made Varsity and the family is excited to attend a lot of games. Evan is center front- turned to the side.

Fun at Grandmas

We love to visit Grandma and Papa's house. Emma especially loves it when cousin Hannah or Uncle Derek are there to play with.
Uncle Derek and Emma
Hailey loves to play with this big blue ball. i think she finally figured out that it would not fit in her mouth no matter how hard she tried.

President Hinckley

We were so sad to hear of the passing of President Hinckley. He has been such an inspirational, loving and kind prophet. Although we are sad to see him go, we are also so very happy that he can be with his wife, Marjorie, now. We will always remember all that he taught us as well as all the hard work he did in helping construct so many temples and helping bringing millions to the gospel. He truly was a prophet of God and we will always be grateful for all he did for us.

Family Picnic

Hunter is mighty curious about how the digital camera works.
He would rather play with the camera than the huge soccer ball he had to play with.
Kristi holding little Hailey.
Hailey living it up at the picnic.
Look who arrived on her pink bike. Da Mudda!!
She is enjoying her devil juice in this pic. :)

Some of the fam got together this past Saturday to have a little picnic. We enjoyed each other's company as well as watching all the little kids run and play around. Good times!
